What are the official dates of the Convening?
The Convening will take place April 30th to May 2nd, 2024.
Where is the Convening located?
The hotel and conference venue for the 2024 Public Health Law Practitioners Convening will be at the InterContinental New Orleans.
Will Continuing Legal Education credits (CLE) be offered?
This program is eligible for CLE. Please indicate your interest in obtaining CLE during the registration process and more details will be shared when they are confirmed.
Is there a full conference agenda available?
The schedule at a glance is currently available. The full interactive schedule will be available soon. Updates to the schedule will be found under "Schedule" in the menu bar.
Can I receive a certificate of attendance?
Yes, a certificate of attendance will be issued after the convening concludes. If you do not receive an email two weeks after convening ends, please reach out to email@example.com.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
What health and safety protocols are in place?

How do I register for the Convening?
Visit the website Registration page to register for the Convening.
How do I access my MyNACCHO account?
You may print invoices, receipts, and your event confirmation and view other personalized NACCHO information and activities by logging into your My NACCHO account. To log in, visit www.naccho.org and select the MyNACCHO link located at the top of the NACCHO homepage.
Use your attendee email and password for access to your “My Events” information and to print copies of your invoices and receipts.
Students attending an accredited college, university, or other higher education program are eligible to receive a reduced rate of $300 to attend the Public Health Law Practitioners Convening. Students must submit verification of active enrollment by emailing a copy of their current Student ID to NACCHOMeetings@naccho.org prior to registering.
Something in my registration (e.g., name, registration type, etc) is wrong. How do I change it?
Please email NACCHOmeetings@naccho.org, and we will fix it for you.
How do I substitute someone else from my company?
Substitutions are permitted at any time with no processing fee and must be submitted in writing to NACCHOmeetings@naccho.org. Please include the original attendee's name and the full name, designations (ex: RN, MPH, MD), title/role, email, and phone number of the new substitution.

All payments are subject to the cancellation and refund policy as issued below. We must receive your credit card payment, check payment in full, ACH in full, or completed PO with the invoice by 11:59 PM EST on Monday, April 20, 2024. If we have not received payment in full by the above date, you will be required to issue payment via credit card prior to receiving access to the conference.

Purchase Order Submissions
All registrants who would like to pay by purchase order must send a copy of the purchase order (inclusive of PO number, invoice number and bill to address) AND the invoice to firstname.lastname@example.org by 11:59 PM EST on Monday, April 20, 2024. NACCHO will confirm receipt, which will indicate acceptance of PO payment.
NOTE: Failure to submit the purchase order as instructed, by 11:59 PM EST on Monday, April 20, 2024, will result in attendance being prohibited until payment by credit card is provided.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, SUBSTITUTIONS
Refunds are limited to conference fees, and do not include any travel, lodging, transportation, or other fees paid independently of conference registration at the time of refund request. Conference fees include but are not limited to event registration, additional guest tickets, workshop ticket purchases, and CE (Continuing Education) credit purchases. Additional onsite purchases are non-refundable. Cancellations may be submitted at any time and must be submitted to email@example.com in writing. All refunds will be remitted by the same method of payment used to register.
To qualify for a full refund of registration fees paid, a written cancellation must be received at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 11:59 PM EST on Friday, March 15, 2024.
A written cancellation received at email@example.com from Saturday, March 16, 2024 until Friday, April 5, 2024 11:59 PM EST will receive a 50% refund, less a $75 administrative fee.
No refunds will be given starting Saturday, April 6, 2024. Any cancellations after this date must still be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.

ATTENDEE LIST SALES SCAM WARNING
It has come to our attention that 'companies' are contacting some NACCHO members and meeting attendees to offer them sale of our mailing list. This, unfortunately, has become a more common occurrence for association annual meetings and trade shows in recent years. Software programs can 'crawl' association websites to harvest usable email addresses, which scammers then contact.
PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.
NACCHO does not sell its meeting registration lists or authorize any third party to distribute or sell meeting attendee lists, or lists related to any NACCHO event.
NACCHO cannot be held responsible for any interaction or sale with these fraudulent company(s). We take this matter very seriously and will do whatever possible to protect our attendees, partners and exhibitors.
If you are contacted by a company claiming to have access to a NACCHO attendee list, do not respond to their message, even to 'unsubscribe' to additional messages, as this just informs the sender that your email address is active, and will usually result in additional unwanted email.
